Heute mit diesen Themen: Laut internen Bundeszahlen wurden 2024 über 80 % der Asylsuchenden aus Maghreb-Staaten einer Straftat beschuldigt. Auf Schweizer Exporte nach China soll es künftig praktisch keine Zölle mehr geben. Bei Bedarf im Winter darf sich die Schweiz an einer Transit-Pipeline zwischen Frankreich und Italien bedienen. Harry und Meghan werden nach ihrer Rückkehr ins Königreich keinen staatlich finanzierten Personenschutz erhalten. Morgen ist es mehrheitlich bewölkt und zeitweise regnet es bei Temperaturen von 17 bis 22 °C. 80 % aller Asylsuchenden aus den Maghreb-Staaten, die sich 2024 in der Schweiz aufhielten, sind in ein Strafverfahren verwickelt. Eine Zahl, die aus einer internen Auswertung des Staatssekretariats für Migration SEM stammt und die heute per Zeitung "Blick" an die Öffentlichkeit gelangt ist. Das SEM will nun handeln. Detlev Munz berichtet. Die Zahlen des Staatssekretariats für Migration SEM zeigen einen markanten Unterschied zwischen Asylsuchenden aus den drei Maghreb-Staaten Algerien, Marokko und Tunesien verglichen mit allen anderen Herkunftsländern. Im Jahr 2024 wurden 80,5 % aller Asylsuchenden aus den Maghreb-Staaten einer Straftat beschuldigt. 12,3 % betrug die Quote bei den übrigen Ländern. Bei den Beschuldigten handelt es sich hauptsächlich um junge Männer. Häufig geht es um Kleinkriminalität wie Diebstähle oder Einbrüche. Für das SEM ist die Situation inakzeptabel. Es ist eine kleine Gruppe, die sehr viel Unheil anrichtet und die v.a. eben auch den Ruf all derjenigen beschädigt, die sich korrekt verhalten. 96 % der Asylbevölkerung kommen nie mit dem Gesetz in Konflikt und verhalten sich immer korrekt. Mit den 24-Std.-Verfahren beschleunigt der Bund bereits seit Ende 2023 Asylentscheide für Menschen aus den Maghreb-Staaten. Die Bundesasylzentren werden so entlastet. Die Zahl der Gesuche ist dadurch allerdings nicht merklich gesunken. Nun sollen weite

Nun soll schneller als geplant in die Luftverteidigung investiert werden - das sorgt auch für Kritik. Der entlassene ukrainische Verteidigungsminister Mychajlo Fedorow fordert Neuwahlen - trotz Krieg. Ein junger Afghane darf nach Ablehnung seines Asylgesuchs zurückgeschickt werden - ein Urteil des Bundesverwaltungs- gerichts mit Signalwirkung. Er beantragt dem Parlament einen Nachtragskredit über 970 Mio. Fr. Damit möchte der Bundesrat noch dieses Jahr Anzahlungen tätigen für Rüstungskäufe, insbesondere für die bodengestützte Luftabwehr. Möglich ist dies, weil die Einnahmen des Bundes deutlich höher ausfallen dürften als erwartet. Nathalie Christen. Der Geldsegen, hauptsächlich aus den Gewinnsteuern weniger Konzerne, zeichnete sich ab - jetzt ist klar: Der Bund erwartet dieses Jahr 1,9 Mrd. Fr. mehr Einnahmen als budgetiert. Davon will der Bundesrat 970 Mio. in die Armee investieren, v.a. in Anzahlungen für bodengestützte Luftabwehr kleinerer und mittlerer Reichweite. Aber auch für die Abwehr von Minidrohnen, für Radar und für den Eigenschutz der Armee, wie in der Armeebotschaft vorgeschlagen. SVP-Finanzpolitiker Thomas Stettler freut's. Wir wissen, dass die Armee schon lange Zeit zu Tode gespart wurde. Und heute haben wir die Möglichkeit, diese Mittel etwas zu verbessern. Das ist sicher ein gutes Zeichen, ohne dass alle anderen Menschen oder die Bevölkerung etwas zusätzlich beitragen muss.
